Responsibilities
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the food truck park, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth logistics.
Event Planning

Conceptualize and plan a diverse range of events, including farmers markets, live music nights, fitness classes, and themed festivals.

Collaborate with vendors and external partners to create captivating event experiences.

Manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines, ensuring flawless execution.
Vendor Coordination

Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal of the park.

Manage park facilities, including seating areas, playground, and pavilion.

Liaise with vendors to align event participation and offerings.

Ensure vendor needs are met during events, providing excellent support and assistance.

Foster positive vendor relationships, contributing to a cohesive event atmosphere.

Monitor and maintain utilities, such as electricity and water supply.
Promotion & Marketing

Lead event marketing efforts to attract a diverse audience and boost attendance.

Utilize social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships to generate excitement and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
